Design & Assembly

The design and assembly of the 200 Ton MHS-SV Servo Hydraulic Press began with a detailed engineering review to ensure the frame could withstand continuous high-force operations without deflection. Our team fabricated the reinforced steel structure, machined the platen surfaces for precision alignment, and integrated the servo-hydraulic system with dual-speed control. The movable cylinder head and adjustable working table were configured for ergonomic access and flexible tooling setups. During assembly, technicians installed the PLC and HMI interface, calibrated the stroke and pressure sensors, and verified all safety systems—including CAT4 light curtains and emergency stops—to meet industrial compliance standards. Every step was executed in-house at our Cambridge facility, ensuring full control over quality and performance.

On The Floor

Once the design was finalized, our fabrication and assembly teams began making the press at our Cambridge facility. The reinforced H-frame structure was welded and machined to absorb high loads with minimal deflection. Our technicians installed the servo-hydraulic system, wired the control panels, and calibrated the sensors for accurate stroke and pressure feedback.

Smoothly our team was aligning the cylinder head, testing the hydraulic system, and verifying safety protocols—all part of our commitment to precision and quality.

Final Touches

Before shipment, our team carried out a final series of precision checks and refinements to ensure the press met every performance benchmark. The hydraulic system was flushed, filled, and pressure-tested to verify smooth operation under load. Servo parameters were fine-tuned to optimize response times and positioning accuracy, while stroke limits and pressure feedback loops were calibrated for consistent cycle control.

All electrical and safety components—including the Safety PLC, light curtains, and emergency stop circuits—underwent a final validation to ensure full compliance with industrial safety standards. Cosmetic finishing and labeling were completed, including the application of durable paint coatings, safety decals, and data plates for traceability.

Each subsystem was documented, and a complete operation and maintenance manual was prepared for the customer. The result: a fully verified, production-ready hydraulic press that not only meets but exceeds the client’s original performance and safety requirements.

Quality Assurance & Documentation
