66,000 lb Die Upender – Heavy-duty rotation system for large dies.

Hot Oil Temperature Control Unit (TCU) – Delivering precision thermal regulation for molding and die-casting facilities.
Our production and engineering teams have been working side by side, finalizing safety calibrations, power-up procedures, and quality tests before these machines are prepared for shipment.

Inside the MetalPress engineering office, precision begins long before a wrench ever touches steel.
Here, our specialists review automation parameters, wiring diagrams, and HMI screen layouts to ensure every component communicates flawlessly with the rest of the system.
At this stage, digital precision becomes mechanical reality.
PLC programs are fine-tuned line by line, while safety interlocks, pressure sensors, and temperature controllers are tested through virtual simulations before final upload to the machine’s onboard system.
By the time a machine leaves our facility, every variable has been accounted for:
