PLAN CLEANING AROUND DIE-CASTING PRODUCTION
Prioritize circuits using measured flow, pressure behavior, temperature imbalance, known hot spots, maintenance history, and changes in cycle or part quality. Define the isolation, cooling, connection, cleaning, rinse, leak-test, drying, and release sequence before work begins. Keep alloy residue and external die-cleaning tasks separate from the internal cooling-circuit procedure.
SELECT EQUIPMENT FOR DIE-CASTING COOLING CIRCUITS
